At the beginning of my career engineering was my passion before quickly moving into management. I have worked for a number of multinational companies in various senior managerial positions at locations across the globe, Including Vietnam and Africa.

Many years before I became an Operations Director of a large Company I aspired to become a truly effective Leader. I extensively studied human behaviour including E.Q. using this, coupled with various "Behavioural Change" methodologies, my own personal and career achievements yielded the results in my life I had once previously only dreamed about.

I believe that "We Become What We Think" so changing the way you think can significantly increase your chances to reach the Goals and Dreams you previously thought were impossible.

I have since successfully applied these methods to help many others achieve their personal life and career aspirations.
